"...Day Or Two," My Eye...

Ok, so resolution #1 is shot to hell. I hate to say it but Twitter and Facebook are easier to keep up. If you already follow me there you know the new project I spoke of last time I posted is The "IT" Girl Murders with penciler Kurt Belcher for AAM/Markosia. I've described the project as "pre-Noir," set in 1929 Los Angeles before the crash of the NYSE that is marked as the key event of the Great Depression. It's a fun time period to play in, especially in that locale. The Jazz Age is winding down, Talking Pictures are taking over the film marketplace and, while rarely mentioned in discussing the Depression, the wolf was at the door and even inside the house in some places before the crash.
